Terms & Conditions

As a well established company THE HAHA SHOP wants to ensure that our Terms & Conditions of sale are upfront and as straight forward as possible.  By placing an order with THE HAHA SHOP. you are accepting these terms of business. If there is any information you are not clear on, please do not hesitate in contacting us by telephone or email and we would be more than happy to clarify any points.

 

Stock Availability

We constantly update our website with the latest stock availability in our warehouse.  However, there are the odd occasions when our stock levels don't reflect the actual stock available on the website.  If you have placed an order with us and the order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to advise stock availability date and /or alternative product that meets your specification.  We would advise for critical purchases that you contact us by telephone and we can affirm stock availability

If we are unable to assist you we will refund your payment.

Product Suitability

We do not supply goods on a trial basis, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you order are suitable for your requirements and are of the “duty” they are intended for.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all connections to services including Electricity and Water / Drainage are adequate for the equipment and where applicable approved and qualified fitters are used.  THE HAHA SHOP will accept no liability for damage to goods or any other liability or loss caused by incorrect fitting or installation.

 However, all sizes, colors, dimension and measurements should be treated as approximate.  Full detailed manufacturer’s specifications are available on request.

 

Warranty

There are a number of warranty options available on commercial equipment, so please ensure that the warranty option on the product you have chosen meets with your requirements.  As part of our improved commitment to our customers we offer additional warranty on a range of products at very competitive prices and customers cover the additional cost such as flight ticket, visa fee, hotel fee and standard living cost etc.

All goods manufactured by THE HAHA SHOP carry twelve months warranty on faulty parts or workmanship.  Customers must use the warranty arrangements specifically provided as stated by THE HAHA SHOP staff or THE HAHA SHOP publicity and marketing media.

 

In the event that the fault is due to customer neglect, failure to operate or maintain the equipment according to manufacturer's instructions, accidental damage or abuse then THE HAHA SHOP cannot be held responsible for the cost of the engineers visit. Any such cost will be charged to the customer. Wherever possible a copy of the engineer's report will be provided on request.

 

Payments

All transaction on the  THE HAHA SHOP website go through our secure Paypal platform. No payment details are stored on our website, so your information is kept safe.

As I’m sure you will be aware credit card fraud is at an all-time high. To protect you from fraudulent card transaction, we may contact you by telephone or email to validate your order and if the card holder address is different to the delivery address we may also ask for an authorization code from your bank

Payments by Bank transfer or western union please contact us for our detail bank account information. 

Please note that in cases where we have made a refund to you credit or debit card, it can take the banking process up to 4 days to credit your account.

 

Delivery & Charges

CHARGES

Shipping fee depends on the weight and size once you decide what items you order we will count for you the shipping fee. You can choose arrange shipping by yourself or we can arrange shipping for you.

*Please Note:  Delivery charges to islands, highlands and remote areas are subject to quotation and may take longer. Your order will be held until additional delivery charges have been confirmed and agreed.

DELIVERY ESTIMATED TIMES

We do our utmost to ensure that products are delivered to you on time and to the estimated delivery dates illustrated on our website. However, THE HAHA SHOP is not liable for any delays, howsoever caused.

DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS:

Please open and check the packing before sign. If there is any damage it will be shipping company responsibility and you need to take picture and ask the courier to signed the damage document as evidence when you claim from shipping company. Otherwise it will be customer sole risk.

Delivery services that provide delivery into the premises it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the equipment will fit though any doors ways etc. Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.

Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. We may charge a redelivery fee if no one is available on site to take delivery of the goods.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

When a product is delivered to you, the first thing you must do is inspect the goods for any damage. Failure to check the goods and document any damage with the courier will result in a claim for damage being rejected. Signing unexamined is not acceptable. In the event that the courier will not wait for you to inspect the goods, please sign for as 'Damaged'. Once signed as damaged, you must report the damage to THE HAHA SHOP in writing within 24 hours to make a claim.

Delivery does not include the removal of old units or disposal of packaging materials (pallet, wrapping etc...). Collection and disposal of old units can be selected on a number of our products, in such cases where this service has been requested you must ensure that the items have been unplugged, disconnected, emptied and made ready for collection outside of the premises.

We will charge a redelivery fee if no one is available on site to take delivery of the goods.

A 50% restocking fee of the items value will be charged if delivery fails due to any of the points above, or if the product is returned and is not faulty. Please note that once an order has been placed and dispatched the restocking fee will still apply.

Please DO NOT book any fitters or installers of the equipment ordered until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of arranging this in advance of delivery.

BESPOKE ORDERS

When customized or bespoke goods are ordered we will not accept ANY returns. You are responsible for ordering suitable goods for your requirements. No claims against damage will be accepted if you have signed for goods without indicating any damage.

Returns

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. THE HAHA SHOP does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.

Goods supplied to you by special order that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.

Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will not be accepted for return. Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 50% will be levied on all such goods.

Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitable packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt. All additional cost for return covers by customers.
